Conditions of Sale

Travel contract: any contract through which one party undertakes to provide another party, for a price, either a travel package contract or one of the separate services that allow a trip or any type of stay.

In order to proceed with the booking and purchase of services, the customer/tourist/user/travel agency is required to read and expressly and fully accept the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, as well as any specific conditions applicable to individual services, by checking the appropriate box or clicking on the hyperlink provided for this purpose.

If the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and the specific conditions applicable to individual services are not accepted, it will not be possible to proceed with the booking confirmation and the purchase of the services.

The General Terms and Conditions of Sale applicable to the sale of services are those published on the website on the date of purchase and viewed and accepted during the purchase procedure.

The General Terms and Conditions may be modified at any time without prior notice by Alltrade Business Srl, provided that such modifications will not apply to the purchase of services made before the modification.

The user must therefore mandatorily read and accept the terms and conditions set forth here before proceeding with the purchase of the tourist service.

Alltrade Business Srl is a tour organizer acting as an intermediary for tourism services provided by third parties (hotels, tour organizers, hotel management companies, local DMCs, transportation companies). Alltrade Business Srl is not responsible under any circumstances for the obligations of the suppliers of individual products and/or services, pursuant to Article 22, paragraph 3 of Law No. 1084 of December 27, 1977, which ratifies and implements the International Convention on Travel Contracts (CCV) signed in Brussels on April 23, 1970, whereby “the intermediary is not liable for the total or partial non-performance of travel,” as well as Legislative Decree No. 206 of September 6, 2005 (Consumer Code).
As an intermediary for tourism services, Alltrade Business Srl is not liable for the total or partial non-performance of travels, stays, or other products and/or services that are the subject of the contract concluded between users and the third-party supplier (hotels, tour organizers, hotel management companies, etc.). Regarding the purchase of the tourist service, the responsibility of the third-party supplier will be governed by the contract entered into between the supplier and the user, as well as by applicable regulations.
Alltrade Business Srl cannot be held responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of the information on its website regarding the tourist services described and offered, in case of inaccuracies, errors, or untruthfulness (particularly regarding: description of the offer, accommodation, distance and accessibility to other tourist locations and/or transportation methods chosen by the user, on-site payable services, etc.), as this information is provided by third-party suppliers of tourism services.
Hotels, tour organizers, hotel management companies, and any third-party tourism service provider are independent businesses and not representatives, agents, or employees of Alltrade Business Srl. Any booking and/or combination of different products and/or services provided by Alltrade Business Srl is at the sole discretion of the user, who assumes full responsibility for any consequences arising from such combinations of services. Therefore, Alltrade Business Srl is not liable for any erroneous entry of users’ personal data during the purchasing process. The user is responsible for the consequences resulting from incorrect data entry and must verify the information regarding the purchased tourist service before making the purchase.
The seller who undertakes to provide a disaggregated or aggregated tourism service to third parties, even electronically, is required to provide the tourist with documents related to this service that indicate the amount paid for the service and cannot in any way be considered a tour organizer. The organizer and the intermediary of the tourist package or the individual tourist service to which the tourist refers must be authorized to carry out their respective activities according to the applicable administrative regulations, including regional regulations.
According to Article 18, paragraph VI, of the Tourism Code, the use of the terms “travel agency,” “tourism agency,” “tour operator,” “travel broker,” or other similar words and phrases, including foreign language terms, is allowed only for authorized companies as defined in the first paragraph.

The purchase of stays/travel services through the websites of Alltrade Business Srl is possible through the following methods:

  1. Customers can complete the purchase by paying 100% of the total amount using one of the available payment methods if there are less than 10 days remaining before the start of the stay. The request for the booking of the travel service is made entirely through the website. The customer/tourist/user/travel agency (the latter paying 100% with a credit card if there are less than 5 days remaining before the start of the stay) must provide all necessary data for the purchase (name, surname, email address, etc.), along with the details of any other travelers and their credit/debit/prepaid card information.
Once the purchase is made by the customer/tourist/user/travel agency, Alltrade Business Srl will verify the availability of the selected services and their corresponding prices, and will send the tourist/travel agency a confirmation via email (containing the purchase details). Any incorrectly reported details must be immediately reported by the tourist to the Booking Office by calling the number indicated in the confirmation email. In the event that the tourist/travel agency makes an error in submitting their data, Alltrade Business Srl disclaims any responsibility for the failure or incorrect execution of the trip due to the non-receipt of travel documents.
  2. Customers can secure their stay online by paying a 30% deposit with a credit/debit/prepaid card and settling the remaining balance via bank transfer. If the customer/tourist makes the reservation, they can choose to pay the balance at the travel agency or directly to Alltrade Business Srl.
Alltrade Business Srl allows customers to block their stay by purchasing online, with a binding purchase proposal for the tourist. The customer/tourist/user must provide all necessary data for the purchase (name, surname, email address, etc.), along with the details of any other travelers and their credit/debit/prepaid card information.
Once the customer/tourist/user has made the 30% deposit for the chosen service, Alltrade Business Srl will verify the availability of the selected services and their corresponding prices. The company will then send the tourist a confirmation email (containing the purchase details) and indicate the date by which the tourist must pay the remaining balance for the chosen service via bank transfer, including all necessary information to complete the transfer.
If a travel agency is making the reservation, the only difference from the above is that the agency will not pay the deposit but will make the full payment directly with a credit/debit/prepaid card or via bank transfer within 15 days of the start date of the stay.
  3. Customers have the option to book their travel service/stay by calling the Alltrade Business Srl booking office. The tourist/travel agency can reserve the selected service/stay and may make full or partial payments using a credit card or via bank transfer, depending on the departure date.
During the purchase process, details of the credit/debit/prepaid card are required. If any issues arise (e.g., failure to authorize by the bank or insufficient funds), the purchase will be suspended. In this case, the tourist/travel agency will not incur any charges, but they will lose the rate they had secured during the purchase.
Only the credit/debit/prepaid cards listed on the website footer and at the time of purchase will be accepted. Failure to pay the organizer the aforementioned amounts by the established dates will constitute a resolutory clause, allowing Alltrade Business Srl to terminate the contract by law.
IMPORTANT: All bookings made on this site are considered unconfirmed until the actual availability of the reserved services is verified. You will receive another confirmation email regarding this (different from the automatic email you receive upon completion of the booking process). If the services you selected are not available on the dates you chose, we will contact you to find an alternative solution. In the event that we cannot confirm your request, the full amount you paid for the booking will be immediately refunded.

After the confirmation of the purchase, the electronic travel documents will be sent via email to the address provided during the purchase process, or to the travel agency if the reservation was made through them and if the customer/tourist has chosen to settle the stay/travel services at the agency.
Alltrade Business Srl relies on the accuracy of the information provided; therefore, Alltrade Business Srl cannot be held responsible towards the customer/tourist/user/travel agency for the failure to deliver travel documents due to inaccuracies in the email address or incorrect installation of the email program. It is the responsibility of the customer/tourist/user/travel agency to promptly inform Alltrade Business Srl of any changes to their email address or telephone number.
Additionally, the customer/tourist/user/travel agency is requested to verify that the details (name, surname, etc.) on the travel ticket and/or booking confirmation are correct. The travel documents are delivered via email. Furthermore, for the completion of the registration of the booking holder, the date of birth and address or, if necessary, the tax code will be required.

The official classification of hotel establishments is provided on the Alltrade Business Srl websites based on the explicit and formal indications of the competent authorities of the country in which the service is provided. In the absence of official classifications recognized by the competent Public Authorities of the countries, including EU member states, to which the service refers, the organizer reserves the right to provide its own indicative classification of the accommodation facility. This classification allows for an evaluation and subsequent acceptance of the facility by the tourist.

Alltrade Business Srl, given that under the aforementioned regulations it is not liable for the total or partial non-fulfillment of the third-party provider of the travel service (point 29 Responsibility), will nonetheless promptly inform the user of any changes communicated to it by the third-party provider of which it has been made aware. In any case, Alltrade Business Srl shall also not be liable for any damages resulting from cancellations, modifications, or any other actions attributable to the third-party provider or otherwise arising from force majeure events.

The customer/tourist/user/travel agency has the right to withdraw from this agreement by sending a written declaration via email to alltradebusiness@pec.it. In this case, the following percentages of the participation fee will be charged, calculated based on how many days before departure the cancellation occurred:

  • From confirmation of booking to 31 working days before departure 30% of the participation fee
  • 30th to 21st day before departure 50% of the participation fee
  • From the 20th to the 5th day before departure 90% of the participation fee
  • no reimbursement beyond that period

No refund will also accrue to the customer in the following cases:

  • Failure to show up on the scheduled day of arrival at the facility or departure airport (no show);
  • Interruption of travel or stay;
  • Inability to be able to make the trip due to lack or irregularity of identity documents or any other fulfillment necessary to make the trip (checking the validity of documents is a personal obligation that cannot be delegated).

The customer/tourist/user/travel agency is responsible for the accuracy of the information entered during the booking. Alltrade Business Srl cannot be held responsible if, due to errors in data entry, the customer/tourist/user/travel agency is unable to properly enjoy the travel services.
Alltrade Business Srl will also not be liable for any damages resulting from cancellations or modifications to travel services due to force majeure. Such events include, but are not limited to: wars, terrorist activities, national strikes, fires, epidemics, hurricanes, and other actual or potential severe environmental disasters.
Customers/tourists/users/travel agencies must also comply with the rules of ordinary prudence and diligence, as well as those specified in force in the destination countries, and adhere to regulations and administrative or legislative provisions related to the travel package.
The customer/tourist/user/travel agency must also communicate in writing to the organizer via email or by phone at the numbers provided in the booking any specific personal requests that may form the subject of specific agreements regarding travel arrangements, provided that such implementation is feasible.
The customer/tourist/user/travel agency is always required to inform the intermediary and the organizer of any special needs or conditions (pregnancy, food intolerances, disabilities, etc.) and explicitly specify requests for related personalized services.

It is not possible to replace the cancelled customer/tourist/user with ‘another person. Substitution of a participant will result in cancellation of the reservation. Changes requested by the client/tourist/user/travel agency to reservations already confirmed do not oblige Alltrade Business Srl in cases where they cannot be fulfilled. Requests for changes will result in a charge of amounts agreed upon from time to time based on the changes. Alltrade Business Srl will not be liable for any damages arising from cancellation or modification to travel services due to force majeure events. Such events include, but are not limited to: wars, terrorist activity, national strikes, fires, epidemics, hurricanes, and other actual or potential major environmental disasters.

Any deficiency in the performance of the contract must be challenged by the tourist during the use of the service by promptly filing a complaint so that Alltrade Business Srl, its local representative, will promptly remedy it. Failure to do so will result in a reduction or exclusion of damages pursuant to Article 1227 of the Civil Code. The tourist must also, under penalty of forfeiture, file a complaint by sending a registered letter, with return receipt, or other means that guarantees proof of receipt such as e-mail to alltradebusiness@pec.it to the organizer or intermediary, no later than 10 working days from the date of return to the place of departure.

The travel organizer or intermediary is exempt from the responsibilities of duty of care when the failure or inexact performance of the contract is attributable to the tourist or was due to the act of a third party of an unforeseeable or unavoidable character, or was caused by a fortuitous event or force majeure.

Pursuant to art. 32, co. 2 Cod. Tur, the tourist is informed of the exclusion of the right of withdrawal provided for in Articles. 64 et seq. of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumer Code).
